Introduction

(Disclaimer: It is only a formality that I feel that I should explain in an introduction what I intend to do and why. Feel free to skip the first paragraph. The second paragraph contains more specific information if useful yet.)

Unlike the time I decided to create a website where my poetry books would be available for free reading, this time I don’t have any philosophical basis to summarise my motives. What the reader can see in the Home page — the philosophical description of my initiative — is but the rawest formulation of existence by a young adult yearning for things beyond himself. I will not assert that they were unquestionable, complete and true, so it may seem to the reader a bit strange that the first impression that is created in their (reader’s) mind is not a true impression of me, only of who I used to be. Yet, everything I will ever philosophise, conjecture or even presuppose will be in consequence to those initial days of unexamined, unadulterated zeal and passion, so I don’t feel comfortable changing my most initial and rawest reflections to suit my present understanding. I want them to be to meet the world exactly as they were imagined by me in all my falsehoods, ignorance, naïveté and limitations; as though they are a person of their own, I want them to traverse through the gaze and criticisms of the world and stand the test of time to prove their own validity and become whole, not in self-assured eccentricity, but in dialogue and sincerity.

Coming back to what the reader can expect here in this ‘Essays’ section, I am starting this because I feel more and more compelled to write longer sentences now, often constituting a whole paragraph on their own, and there is no other purpose to this initiative but to write longer sentences and perhaps to initiate grounded and rigorous conversations on ideas and notions. I sincerely hope you find reading my work worthy of your time and thought. If you do find my work worthy, you can support my work through the Support My Work page. All the essays (and possibly other future publications) will also be available on my Medium page. Feel free to interact, write to me or respond in your own formulated essays. I would love to read you.
